1. Digital Products

All items sold through LM Lightroom Presets are digital products, including but not limited to Lightroom preset packs, editing tools, and other downloadable files.
No physical items are shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be made instantly available via direct download or email delivery.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because all of our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once the files have been accessed or downloaded, you no longer have the right to cancel or request a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, so refunds and exchanges are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing by mistake

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Lack of understanding of how to install or use the presets

Please make sure you have read the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Compatibility & Responsibility of the Buyer

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that:

  • You have the appropriate version of Adobe Lightroom (Desktop or Mobile) installed.

  • You understand how to import and use presets in Lightroom.

  • Your device supports the file format provided (.XMP / .DNG).

We recommend checking our installation guide or contacting us before purchase if you’re unsure.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following limited situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same preset pack twice.

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • A verified technical error occurred on our end that prevented file delivery.

If one of these applies, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
